Here's a vid of me shooting the new Para GI Expert 1911, Awsome gun, i love it to death, on the vid you'll see me try to shoot with the safety on, and also rake the slide to chamber a round, the weapon is still in the break in period, and performs very well.

  • Did you do a full review on this gun? I just did a trade for one that had 50 rounds through it and I like to hear what you think on it. Great vid and music.

  • @DownRange1776 yes i did a full review on thes firearm, just check my channel!

  • @UrbanKnight12 Okay thank you I will check it out. Thanks and I can't wait to get mine in and get some range time.

  • @DownRange1776 good luck, shoot safe!

  • Good shooting. I purchased a 1911 GI Expert from Para USA about 3 months ago. It was a little hesitant to feed certain types of ammo until after the first 300 rounds or so. Now I trust it it with my life. I have even mixed different types of ammo in the mags (factory) and it wont jam. Yea the finish might get worn down from your holster, but so will any other finish in time.. Besides, guns aren't meant to be babied. Unless its an Ed Brown. :)

This is a great 1911. Mine was also $500 NIB.

  • @jGaleBluesGtr1990 awesome input! Thank you for your insight!

  • I got one about a week ago, put 50 rounds through it and the front sight fell off. Sent it back and it should be fixed, getting it tomorrow but even the first 50 rounds was no problem.

  • Man. I just had one of these in my hands. I was looking for a Glock .40 and this caught my eye. I'm getting this tomorrow.

  • @UrbanKnight12 lol no worries man, good shooting!

  • peacemaker181 I carry a Glock 19 for ccw, and before that a Springfield XD, and before that a Kel Tec P11... Non of which have a manual safety, so I have to constantly remind myself that a 1911 isn't a grab a squeeze gun.. sometimes I forget lol...
