Video Time Limitation Removed! Woot!

I can now apparently make videos as long as I want to for either of my channels, with the only restriction being the 20 GB file size limit for the Advanced Uploader, or the 2 GB file size limit for the basic uploader.

@GreatLPs I do not know, but I would bet it's safe to assume maybe a period a six months for new accounts. the worst I got before this was just two counts of content ID matches, did not go up to infringement, just ID matches (same file too, audio for the Pirates of the Caribbean theme, the video with it was some of my recommendations for Disney's Pirates Online)
