My gorgeous daughter, 5 year old Amelia Ward's amazing hula-hoop dance. (I may be bias? Lol).
Check her out towards the end when she attempts two hoops... Watch out Britain's got talent , we'll be there next year at this rate, ha, ha.

Thank you. Since then she has mastered 2 hoops (both of the same size), she can do upto 4 hoops round her waist. She can do them round her neck arms & legs & can do it around her waist sitting down crossed legged, & she can do it round one ankle & skip!!! I am so proud, she started a craze at school, & the school did a sponsored hula hoop. My 3 kids came out 1st for their year groups.
