Introduction to the first set of exercises designed for people living with Parkinson's disease. These exercises were developed by Bill Hillman, a 71-year-old man living with PD.
I can't wait to show my Mother this. She was diagnosed with PD 6 years ago and seriously needs a kick up the ass to do her exercises. I know she finds it hard to get motivated but this will definitely let her see that she can do so much more to help herself. She's 59yrs.

You've been my main inspiration. As a musician with PD, I kept trying. Your report of improvement has inspired me for 2009.
