Finally back to working out, missed two months cause of sprained thumb.
Starting out low weight to get used to it again. Replaced rows with pull ups until my thumbs strong enough for power cleans.

  • @tbarragan29 thx, Sumtimes i miss a workout or dont video tape one but im tryin to post them up, Last week i did everything wit the same weight and startin this week ill be going up.

  • You should do all of these in under armor so people can see your muscles getting more toned

  • @TheKhanartist will do when it warms up, working out in my garage so its real cold in there right now.

    I just wanted to give you a tip, search for Mark Ripptoe Squat, on TPB or youtube w/e

    He instructs squat and you will have a easier time, I see a few form changes, like, dont look up... believe me it changes alot, look up mark ripptoe
