We knew that the XP1 is water resistant but we wanted to test it under really hard conditions.

  • @MagnumPI4

It's a German-style-helmet introduced by the Prussians, they still use it in Chile btw.

  • @Schnatzemicke take a chill pill shitnatz. just a little joke ya know. Of course if ur german and im assuming u are, u dont understand what the word "joke" means. And as a matter of fact yes everyone does incorporate wheels into their autos. seig heil ya nazi bastard

  • did the firefighters re encorporate WWII nazi helmets for their head protection

  • It IS tough. But not as waterproof as shown here. XP3 version is. Check sonim page for details on XP1-XP3 differences.

Mine works perfectly so far after enforcing battery seal. And it can now be submerged. I used in cold wather, rain, mud, it survived multiple crashes during bike downhill riding. It's all scratched now, but still works. So it was worth the money.

I'm going to switch to XP3 soon.

  • r u 4 real so this phone is all talk? not as tough as it shows?

  • Buahahaha, don't believe it! I killed mine when washing the case under stream of water. After 1 hour under hairdryer it works again. Summarizing: You CAN buy it if you want, but seal battery with sanitary silicone. Original seal is a joke and it won't hold the water pressure shown on this movie for sure. Worse sealing than in R310 oldtimer :(
