Repkyle-Smooth Earth Snake- 07

A little smooth earth snake (Virginia valeriae elegans) that I caught in Weldon Springs. We were actually going after a 5 lined skink that ran under the same log as this snake.

i find those all the time in the dallas fort worth are.... i have two as pets right now.... there always under leaves... and sometimes when i dig i dig one up now and then... i have an adult, and a 3 inch baby...
