This is a reconstruction of the lower eyelid following Moh's resection for skin cancer. This procedure involves releasing the lateral retinaculum, creating a periosteal bone flap for cathal support and posterior lamellar reconstruction, and finally a Tenzel flap for anterior lamella reconstruction. This type of lower eyelid reconstruction is best utilized on younger patients without excess lid laxity.
