the main problem is how to convert it into usable power (in our world that means creating electrical power which need also current)
eighter new devices are needed which use pure voltage or a way to convert it into power

First you would have to know how to find out what total useful energy was at the output and input. Since people have problems with even the lightest of electricity theories, formulas and meassurings I suggest a perpetum mobile will be the needed test. If you can't provide a working looped mechanism that we can literally dissect for examining purposes then there's probably no free energy there (general rule of thumb for all overunity claims).

So, now you have a pretty good indication of energy output, which is the energy in the capacitors.
Now, how about finding out the total energy that is put into the system?

Sparks, voltages, brain numbing theories, abusing the names of the great ones like Tesla ..... What is this good for if you can't run a motor with this "incredible capacitor" technology?? If there's really some free energy entering the system why not create a loop and run a motor forever - that would be all the evidence needed. So why play with multi-meters and theories?

awsome, i did the same thing with a drill trigger and batter and a MOT,,,,, now take the voltage built in the cap, and put it through another MOT and youcanget sparks 5 inchs long
