Hmmm, do you know of a reliable source of the SN76489, or did you just have one lying around (from from some gadget, like an old Sega Master System)?

I'm getting an arduino to do this with a AY-3-8910 chip that i've had kicking around for a while. Do you think I could interface it with some kind of tracker on my computer?
