Some administrative changes to 912Candidates.org to speed up the process of listing candidates, and continue the mission of encouraging the discussion between candidates and constituents.

912Candidates.org has been overwhelmed with requests for endorsement. This is encouraging, but also requires changing the operations of labeling candidates as "9-12 Candidates."
