C.R.England i was leaseing a truck from them and i was out on the road for 6weeks and got home time and was home for 3day the 3day about 3:30am they came and got my truck with all my shit in it and wont give it back and they put abandonment on my DAC and that bull shit.

This is exactly why we should all pull together and at least TRY to STOP DAC REPORTING ABUSE. Too many stories like yours ... too many drivers .... 2010 will be the year we push forward with this cause .... everyone's help is needed .... good luck to you - Allen

Dieselducy, I can relate to your comment. I used to be a trucker and back in 2003, I was fired from KAT inc, for refusing to run illegally for their IBP meat loads. Then when I did, they put penalty points against me which still would have gotten me fired. Makes no sense. This could be on my DAC, and it probably isn't fair.

the DAC report (many times) is "slander" plain and simple . employers can put anything they want on there . for the individual it is time consuming, and near impossible to correct your own. such a dis service to the many hard working people trying to exist in this troubled industry..

Continued. Yes I took a few photos, BUT the REAL reason they got rid of me is because i would not run illegal like the rest of the "company sucks" that continue to work there. I try to run safe and legal and in turn get fired for a "company policy" violation. and it is on my dac. DAC REPORT ABUSE NEEDS TO STOP. if you do anything really bad, it will show up on your MVR report!!! All the DAC report is is a way to blackball drivers. I am signing the petition.

Yes, it does need to stop, but it won't unless we get the 3.5 million drivers to come on board and help! Thank you for your comments!!!
Pass this video around to as many as possible and get them to sign the petition. If everyone passed this URL on to their mailing list something would be done.
Not just a few....but all drivers need to come together on this. Again, thanks for your comments.

The DAC report is the ULTIMATE "good ol' boy" network amongst the carriers! carriers can literally blackball a driver for no reason!!! look at Marten, one of the WORST truckload carriers ever! They put BS on my dac and after that it was hard for me to get a job. They put "dismissed, company policy violation" even though i NEVER violated a company policy.
