Looks like some sort of option select! Pretty sick! Tokido tends to do the most original things with akuma on this game!

man at 3:45, wtf? was it crossup or does that attack really just go through a safe jump? and more so, lk tatsu right after... tokido is the man.

That's debatable and in the serious environments irrelevant since no one can use Seth.
Seth has a fireball, stetchy limbs, teleport, 360 command grab, tandem engine, wall jump, SRK, a dive kick, and an ultra that can punish EVERYTHING. If Seth has ultra, you can't even jump because it can punish that. Only thing really that Akuma has over seth is an air fireball and maybe the demon flip shenanigans. There's a good reason he's got less HP than Akuma.
