In many cultures the sound of a cork popping out of a bottle is synonymous with joy and celebration. But do you know where cork actually comes from and what it really is? Find out more at http://wwf.panda.org/what_we_do/endangered_species/cork_oak/

  • Great video. Thanks for sharing.

  • @egliath No accent?? I agree, their English is very good. But those in this video are obviously 'prominent figures' which usually leads to a need of a English. But I do not agree with the fact that they have "no particulat accent"

  • @maciekchy that was a really stupid comment...cork adds much to the taste - you are not an expert i see ;)..

  • @rossadew Citation please.

  • Where the hell do you buy wine sealed with cork? I have recently checked two wine selling outlets in Sydney and anything below $30 were twist top caps. It used to be only the cheapest shit sealed this way. Yuk!

  • @mostie2you not it isnt..lourosa is in santa maria da feira

  • ya fuck plastic.plus i want to keep my job

  • AVOID PLASTIC IN FOOD ALTOGETHER !!! Plastic leaves a residu in your food that simulates hormone estrogen in your body and causes hormonal difficulties. Beter to use nonsynthetic products in any case, like glass instead of plastic bottles - especially with hot liquid and food.
