Thank you for this video! I had a massage and the masseur recommended I use this pose to strengthen my Psoas. Your video will help me to perfect my posture to get the most benefit out of the stretch.

I did some heavy squats yesterday and my glutes were really sore (could barely sit down). I did this move and I was groaning like a porn star! Great move for stretching a quite hard to reach bit of the body.

I may be wrong but I think this is King Pegeon Pose. The version of the pose where you knee goes straight ahead. Is pegeon pose. Just sayin... :)

surprisingly difficult! I had to do the modified version, where your bending leg isn't outstretched.

this loks like a really good stretch I want to learn more yoga poses so I can become more flexible and also develop strength and a calmer spirit. i think it is a very effective kinf od exercise. i am to scared to try in pubic but at home I am practicing with video.
