  • After 20 years as a PT Trainer and 18 years as a competitive bodybuilder, I do not feel the P90 X works but if people are doing it and showing changes that are positive then let it roll

  • Great update... lots of good info... good luck with the next phase!

  • Fruits and veggies are the best, clean burning carbs... getting the omega 3 fats regulate whether or not fat gets released from cells...avocado and flax seeds are best (avocado is perfect food: omega 3, vitamin k, high water content :) You're looking good :)

  • I wont do the carb thing, Check out Metabolic typing.. I am protein type, you could be one too, if you where loosing on high protein.

    Really check it out, Type Underground wellness on youtube. Its a huuge advantage to know what youre type is and how you work

  • Core Synergy is a great workout - love it, wish it was included in the normal weeks.
