@ienjoymodels the kick is actually the right hight as it's aimed at the bladder but he is punching to the chest come throat on the first 2 punches when they should be aimed at the eye socket ! and he needs to practice his Zenkutsu dachi and get the back foot turned round more so both feet are facing the front he also has his foot turned out on the first Sanchin dachi Chudan uke befor the mae geri ! bad for a 4th dan me thinks !

this guy got a black belt??? he could barely do a white belt kata.
TIPS:
it was sloppy
look before u move
get ur timing right ur lagging behind.
Kick higher and towarDs ur opponent it looks like u would bearly graze him.
and last: practice ur kata like ur actually being attacked imagine someone is attacking u then turn head chest when going to a horse stance and blocking act like a dog is attacking u knock him out with the down.
Practice like I said and ull not only move faster ull be cleaner.
