The Creation Astronomy website???? 1st, it is an oxymoron to refer to creation astronomy. 2nd, this is the site of the raving ignoramuses who think the sun and all the planets revolve around the Earth in semi-luminous aether [disproven in 1596!] What this video shows is that the people involved do nut understand evolution, do not understand Cosmology, in fact know bugger-all about any form of science.

@raponte1955 Thank you for reminding me of this point. Cretards love to conflate the various sciences into EVOLUTION! YECs are anti-science Luddites, but that just sounds crazy, so they contend they just oppose evolution. YECs not believing in evolution entails denying not just modern biology, but also geology, chemistry, cosmology, astronomy, cosmology, archeology, any number of disciplines. The simplistic reduction of all of it to 'Darwinism' typifies the closed fundy mindset.

Of course I meant Pro evolution and anti religoious conspiracy in Part 2. They di not do this. They all reported independently what the had discovered in their own fields and these facts were then found to coroborate each other. That is how science works.

Scientists adjust their beliefs all the time to fit with newly discovered facts - yes, even evolution scientists - they had to accept evolution was not 100% Darwinian with the discovery of epigenetics.

There are many things science cannot explain also, but the list gets smaller every day.

Go to a mining site and count the sedimentary layers in the earth.

Go to the Grand Canyon and look at how slowly the water is deepening the canyon then calculate how long it would take carve out the whole thing.

Go to into a cave and see how slowing the stalactites grow and then calculate the ages of the largest.

None of these will get you anywhere near the age of the universe, but they will go far beyond your 6000 years.

But astronomers do, though the religious ones won't believe evolution can happen - the same is true for those who understanding geological dating techniques.

Go out and count the rings on the oldest tress in the world. Then count the rings on petrified trees underneath the growing trees. See how far back that takes you.
