Trauma can be anything from being in a war, a car accident, or going through a divorce, or your boss yelling at you.
And as if it wasn't bad enough the first time, you replay it again and again. Tap along and release it, so you can
move on with your life.

Its never too soon to tap on trauma. Make sure you tap on what you saw/felt/heard. Get the intensity down to 0 on each issue.
If you carry fear and trauma it never helps our physical body. All illness is a message from our subconscious that when understood, can be used to heal, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Always start tapping the negative away until it has no intensity, then tap in the positive so that you feel good and can see the" light at the end of the tunnel."

i was just in a car accident yesterday and this is really helpful. thank you.
is it okay to tap on the accident/trauma even though it was so recent? also, in addition to the fear/pain/trauma associated w/ the accident itself, i have a chronic illness & am afraid of the accident worsening my health. how do i tap on that fear? should i also tap in the opposite - a positive, like the potential for the accident to propel my healing forward? thank you!

The wonderful thing about energy healing is, that you cant do it wrong! Tapping on the negative releases the unconscious block. Good feelings are untouched. After tapping down the intensity of an issue, always tap in good feelings, the more the merrier.

Great EFT Video! I had a quick question, is it possible to tap on the 'wrong' thing? For example.. what if I have a positive feeling/emoton that I don't want to lose.. if I was to tap on this what would happen? How does the body know what to keep and what to dissolve? Positive vs Negative? Thanks!
