Bad Blood: Veteran Franconia officer discusses NH police malfeasance

This is Veteran Franconia and Sugar Hill, NH Officer Brad Whipple. Brad is a friend of mine who also happens to have been a U.S. Military intelligence officer who has a higher security clearance than, oh, probably 99.9% of U.S. Citizens so he's no dummy.

He's also nobody's Patsy, and he specifically told Franconia years ago to fire Bruce McKay.

Here he appears with Yours Truly with author and investigative reporter Casey Sherman (recall: Boston Strangler investigations) discussing his new book, Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains." Brad successfully performed Franconia and Sugar Hill rotations without major incident or citizen complaint.

Writes Sherman in the photo credits: "Chris King and Brad Whipple -- two men who refused to let this case die."

In one of the videos recorded this evening at Concord New Hampshire's Gibson's bookstore, Brad notes that he told Bruce McKay's Franconia police superiors that he should be fired and discusses some of the reasons why. I'll post that in Due Course.

....features Casey Sherman and his commentary regarding Kelly Ayotte's investigation of Gregory Floyd vis a vis Mr. Floyd's contemporaneous statements under investigation. Says Sherman, after discussing the 43 kills Floyd claims to have made for the government:

"Floyd may have wanted to feel what it felt like to kill somebody, here was an opportunity to do it....." whereupon he continues to discuss how Floyd told Caleb to pick up Liko's gun and "kept on urging him to pick up the gun..."


Whereupon Floyd would have murdered Caleb Macaulay and then he could have told any kind of tall tale he desired and got away even cleaner than he did.

As to Floyd, remember that lying under an investigation is a crime in and of itself, specifically RSA 641:3 Unsworn Falsifcation (read it here) as Ayotte predecessor Peter Heed pointed out in the Manchester Catholic Diocese investigation.

And speaking of Peter Heed, you know that his "Officer Deadly Force Protocol" Section IV Policy E(9)(e) that I reviewed pursuant to my litigation proves that the clothing of all individuals should have been maintained for testing. Yet when I asked for the results of the testing that would have proved muzzle-to-target range and when and where and who shot the windshield bullet and other things, Kelly Ayotte told me that there were no tests. You can read more right here. Time for an independent lab to come in and test that clothing.

Could someone tell me if the section of highway was ever named after him?

Sad to say this Officer had it coming to him. He was a totally unprofessional

officer who harassed this kid for years and delighted in doing so because

the kid had some emotional problems which gave this officer some perverted

pleasure in harassing him. Quite apparent from the start of the video Mckay

made a u-turn in the highway just because he saw Kenney driving and wanted

to go "have some fun with him".

Brad Whipple your a joke of man. Trying to make some money huh Brad off a dead police officer? If Brad was so great how come he was just an officer? Mckay was a Corporal. LOL I watched these video tapes of Mckay on duty on youtube, all I can say is he was too nice and that is why he got himself killed. RIP Mckay God be with you.

@RANDY64612 you are a boring/simple minded person...everything isn't always black and white. it's not a good idea to shoot cops BUT it's not good for cops to abuse their power. the sad fact is that a lot of cops up here watch too much t.v. and think the badge makes them a swat-hero. there was a show on t.v. about an s.s. officer in auschwitzs' maid. she said,"he was a nice man when he was home but when the uniform and boots came out, he turned into an evil bastard!" power is bad for some men.
