That happened yesterday on STAR 4000 and it was stuck on one of the radar frames.

So this is a real Weatherstar 4000, not the emulator, huh? I remember in 2000 or 2001, my cable company's 4000 was stuck on the Extended forecast for hours. Then in 2007, it got stuck on the tides screen (we have that instead of the Almanac) and I was watching when it happened.
