Good skin does not happen by its self.
One needs to work at it a little to maintain healthy vibrant skin cells into old age.
This Regime is one of many you could adapt, but generally speaking to have one is better than none.
The Sonya skin care regime is for every skin type especially for the hyper allergic (for those who have multiple allergies) as it is very natural.
If you tend towards very very dry skin or are over 50+ then I would advise to use the Fleur de Jouvance Skin Care Regime.
I tend to use both. I like the freshness and lightness of this one, but sometimes prefer the Facial and Night cream of the Fleur.
And on other days when out in the open a lot I use the Aloe Propolis cream as well under another layer of SPF of our Sun Lotion.
