    I.M. Meen isn't a cd-i character at all, it's just that he was animated by the same studio who made the fail animations for the cd-i games. "I.M. Meen" was an edutainment game for MS DOS, in which kids go escape from I.M. Meen's labyrinth, fighting enemies and solving puzzles. Meen would appear every now and then in animated cutscenes to taunt you. There are a couple reviews of the game out there, look around ;)
