Because its part of the Game of Thrones series...

I suppose they could do a Game of Thrones: A Clash of Kings but I think it would just end up being too much. Also, from what I can see from all the trailers, it would appear that they are using some parts of the third book in season 2, so I guess technically it wouldn't just be A Clash of Kings.
