Super Metroid Music - Brinstar "Red" Remake / Remix

My take on the Brinstar "Red" music from Super Metroid. I've gone back and forth on the piano intro with this, but overall I've settled on liking how it brought it all together and what it does for the pacing, so... it remains.

Feel free to check out my other remakes. I did these a while back, and if I still had the source files I would probably spend a lot more time revising them, but... in honor of "Metroid: Other M" coming out I thought I would finally put these out there. Might motivate me to finally put together some of the other ideas I've had for this incredible music.

True enough. And thanks!

I find the melodies and themes in Super Metroid's music extremely inspiring, so my intention was more to reinterpret the song in a way that someone would actually willingly listen to it for 5 minutes without feeling like it was background music on repeat.

I guess ideally a Super Metroid fan could listen to it and bask in the nostalgia, and someone who doesn't even play video games could listen to it and gain some appreciation for the mood the music sets.
