Give this a try:
1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Regional and Language Options.
2. On the Languages tab, under Text services and input languages, click Details.
3. Under Preferences, click Language Bar.
4. Select the Show the Language bar on the desktop check box.
Let me know how things turn out. :)

Hi Mr. Moses. This is Brandon Brown. To do this do I have to download anything?
BGBROWN 4 years ago
Nope. You just need a mic and Windows XP. Just go Start > control panel > speech, to get it set up. Let me know how it goes for you. :)
