@loosekarrott I am just messing with you. I actually appreciate what Mark teaches, I saw his dvd on form for some compund lifts, read some articles from him, watched some more videos and did 6 months of SS myself. Great guy, knows a lot about lifting, doesn't beat around the bush and he is also hilarious.

I see a lot of gym homos on here. You know these guys as the chest waxing homos at your gym who can bench around 315. They like to dis on people who know what they're doing because being accepted for them is more important than giving good advice. Mark wasn't a good athlete -- he was antibullshit. That's why he could do a +600 lb full-squat back in the day, and why you retards doubting Mark are still at homo-central gym and not making the big time like Mark did.

@Bladdacker Because this is a low bar squat, all you need to do on the low bar squat is get, as you said, "barely" below parallel. He never said to go all the way down on the low bat squat. It is impossible to squat ATG properly with the low bar position. The high bar squat is where you squat all the way down.
