did that guy at 2:44 really did a somersault after he finished an iron man? Seems quite impossible considering this is a very anaerobic move

If you dont get carbs in your system you wont get half way through the bike....You need to eat during the bike so you can finish the run.

its not necessary to take supplements at all, my dad the ironman in kona in the 80's and never took any supplements jus strict dieting an finished

nothing wrong with supplements if one trains hard...you need additional carbs/proteins just like any other top athlete
