The Screwed are veterans of the Toronto punk scene. They play about once a month and pay tribute to all the punk classics from the late 1970s and a few from the 1960s. After playing their own set on July 9, 2009 at the Cadillac Lounge, they were joined on stage by Gord Lewis from Teenage Head and Dave Bingham from the Ugly Ducklings. Naturally, they played songs from both bands as 1977 punk met 1960s garage. In this video they cover the Ugly Ducklings classic "Nothin'", which was a hit for them in 1966 and led them to open for the Rolling Stones at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens.
