I actually own a hayabusa. No stock hayabusa is going to go 220 mph without mods. And the 2001+ are governed at 186 mph (along with every other stock bike do to the gentlemens agreement). To those that say a busa doesn't go around curves...you've never been on one, they take a little more steering effort. Hell I even like the R1 and the R6, but to be quite honest on a technical course with sharp curves and an experienced rider on a 250 most people would be way behind the 250.

I don't why people think a Busa could only go straight .... I was the guy on this Busa and its great on curves and turns....try me if you can....

@ghostft50cent of course a busa is faster busa is 1300cc r1 is 998cc two different classes.

PS I AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS ABOUT BUSAS MENTAL IN A STRAIGHT LINE ALTHOUGH WHEEL SPIN LOSES SOME SPEED BUT ROUNDABOUTS BENDS CORNERS THEYRE NOR BUILT FOR.FACT 2.

TRUTH I HAD AN 04 R1 FULL AKRAPOVIC GALESPEED RIMS POWER COMMANDER D AND A HI FLO FILTER MAPPED GALFER WAVEYS KEVLAR HOSES AND IM A SHIT RIDER MY MATE HAD A MINT 2000 BUSA AFTER 1 AND A HALF HOURS RIDING HE NEVER CAUGHT ME ONCE.FACT.

Love the R1, and almost hate to say it; the Busa can put almost any bike to shame on a straight a way.

Sure. Busa has more top speed. After all, it has A LOT of catching up to do after R1 DESTROYS it in twisty roads.
