This is a short video documentary which came from an enhanced audio CD by the late musician/keyboardist Wesley Willis, who passed away in August 2003. Although some people were critical of Wesley, nobody can deny that he was a special individual with unique talent and a way with words all his own. You are sorely missed, Wesley -- keep rockin' up there in Heaven.

  • How'd he get that huge scar on his face?

  • @shimokita2 Sometime in the 1990s, he was getting off of a bus when some dude attacked him from behind with a box-cutter, slashing him across his face and back. It was because Wesley had been cussing out loud on the bus, but he wasn't cussing at the guy who attacked him or anybody else on the bus. He had a mental illness which caused him to hear voices, and he was cursing at them. I know it sounds crazy, but that's the story. The guy who attacked him supposedly drew a prison sentence.

  • The bottom line is he made people smile. I'm only sorry that I just discovered him. I hope he's found peace in God's kingdom... and that he got to bring his keyboard.

  • I like to think that the Willis Tower in Chicago was named after Wesley Willis. I want to go there and ask the person at the front desk which floor I need to take a harmony joy elevator ride to if I want to suck my dogs dick.

  • Is Lil B the modern Wesley Willis?

    This man is amazing.

  • @barqs1898 it was a negroid, an 'african american', most of the black people disrespected him and insulted him.

  • 1:16 that jingle woulda been enough to elevate taco johns into legendary status

  • He was a good guy. His music will be enjoyed by many for years to come. Those who don't get it... well, they can get their ass whipped by Birdman.
