Literally, this CD helped me bring my 14:00 2 mile run down to a 12:00 2 mile run...without effort. I'm getting teared up listening to this, all the memories I've had while this music was relevant to my life!

I'd get up every morning at 3 to go running while I was stationed at the NAB listening to this CD. Imagine putting everything you have into a run during the cold weather wearing nothing but a long sleeve shirt and shorts. It's still one of the greatest highs I've ever experienced.

just like many of you i found this cd in middle school fell asleep when i listened to it and took me years to find it again!!!!! my husband is looking at me right now like WTF are you listening too..lol

I had vol. 5, but I fell in love with this CD. Fell asleep once listening to it, and the entire album played while I slept. Needless to say, I had a dream I'll never forget, and if I could ever direct a movie, it would be based on that dream :P Thank you for the upload!!!!
