Ich habe mir gts iv über steam gekauft und es hat daher keinen dateifad. Ich habe das selbe problem. An meiner hardware kann es nicht liegen:
6 gb arbeitsspeicher
2gb nvidia gforce gtx 560m
intel core i 7 3.4ghz

You have to use a good commandline.txd to tweak the settings. There are many video on You Tube that show how to do.
