I'm potentially going to be ringing a peal on these at the end of May. Am a little apprehensive about the draft, and the fact that it doesn't look like there are any rope guides. Oh well, we shall see...
@gareth306uk2000 well you know where churchs and their bells are. Dont like bell ringing then dont move near them. They were here before you.

@namm256 Come and ring at Croston in Lancashire... 60ft draft with a guide only 7-feet from the ceiling!

1. they aint smelly
2. they are not of a tubular variety
and 3. you wouldnt know how to ring one anyway.
I'm not getting at you, but people like you dont know the history behind this ancient craft. Learn some more about it then slag it off!
