but you have to admit what im saying is correct....ive hit this sub on guys several times and small things like kicking the opposit leg out and taking his balance away are key to great submissions.
He is just demonstrating the initial setup motion, not the finish. The more ingrained that initial attack, the better chance he has to finish. Plus from that position he can easily sweep or transition to a guillotine.
to improve the percentage of this move you should try to drop your foot down and kick out his foot on the opposit side of the arm you are Kimuraing....so it looks like he is almost laying on you with no support and his arm at a nasty angle!!!!!!!
he's not showing the whole warm up drill, this is just a warm up exercise
