  • LOL Why is that artist wearing a face mask at the beginning? SARS? lol

  • From what I've seen, it's just something Japanese people do when they're sick, in order to keep from spreading their colds or other diseases to everyone else. I'm sure someone else could explain it in greater detail though.

  • Sad part of the graphic is the characters seems never ment to be on a bigger screan than  the standard arcade screan, looks insanely pixelated on bigger hdtv.

  • I believe the pixelation is intentional. Unlike other recent 2D fighters that use vector graphics, SNK wanted to stick with actual sprites, keeping with the same classic style that the other King of Fighters games used, only in a much higher resolution, and with smoother animation.

    Personally, I like the style, just because I used to play the KoF/Fatal Fury/Art of Fighting games in the arcade as a teenager. I guess it's mostly nostalgia.
