I see a few things your vid could be helped by
1. an assistant for better camera angles/zoom
2. cable striping process, reminding people that the conductor insulation may have been nicked when cutting the jacket
3. importance of conductors seated to the end of the cnctr to ensure both sets of pin teeth bite into the conductors
4. keep the cable pressed into the cnctr while crimping
5. importance of keeping pairs twisted as close as possible to terminal when punching down

You need to detail how to strip and spread and cut the cable properly. That is important as most will knick the conductors and cause a failure.
