  • @mabi2k8 kneeing is illegal in wrestling.

  • @mabi2k8 in mma your not allowed to knee a guy w his hand on the mat .

  • @MaverickWrestling ill have to try that. being at 66kg technique usually has to snap in quick or guys get a little too jumpy and hold a position for 10 seconds to get the stand. I see alot of high school kids getting into freestyle now hopefully america can works its way into being a truly competitive country in the olympics.

  • @mois2202 Yes, if you use your free arm to block the hips and push your opponent over, then his weight will not fall directly on top of you. Circling your hips towards his free leg when blocking with your free arm will both push his captured knee out and collapse him while removing your head from under his thigh.

  • @mabi2k8 and by the way kneeing doesnt work when your getten taken down. Actually fight at a competitive level you would know that. This is great technique. I personally try to catch the low single before the foot hits the ground on the step to avoid the foot getting away. however i have a huge issue with the inside low single because guys tend to fold down on top of me with their leg free foot as far back as possible. Any tips that could stop that?
