Ingredients:
1. Seaweed, fake crab, avocado, sweet rice, rice vinegar, cucumber, sushi bamboo mat, saran wrap (you could also use, toasted sesame seed, smoked salmon, shrimp, etc.
2. Boil rice, cool in fridge overnite with rice vinegar poured over.
3. Push rice into seaweed sheet placed over saran wrap placed over bamboo mat
4. Add thinly sliced cucumber, avocado, fake crab meat, or any toppings you like
5. Wrap sushi in bamboo mat.
6. Slice sushi with santoku knife (wet santoku knife avoids it sticking. Larger slices also help to avoid it unpopping itself)
7. Serve with Kikkoman/ Yamasa soy sauce, and wasabi and/or ginger as like.
Enjoy!
For lunch: you can cut sushi the night before and eat it the next day. So yums!
