@P3313R um are you shure he got downs? i dont think he got down, what if he just got a very round nose and face because of hes parents, and the fact that hes not skinny.
if he really has downs there would most likely be someone keeping an eye on him, most people with downs either got a family member, a ex-criminal or just a regulare guy taking care of them, making shure they eat properly, have transportation and stuff like that.
