she should have started off with no makeup at all. look at all the eye makeup! not alot of teenagers wear truckloads of mascara, eyeline AND dark eyeshadow jesus

@lma0PANDA Of course you can. Do you need it, though? It shouldn't have to have anything to do with whether your friends are or not. If you think your skin is fine the way it is you could put a little mascara on if you want, just to make your eyes pop. Otherwise you could use some concealer on blemishes and under your eyes if you have dark circles, and then a light coverage foundation. It doesn't sound like you need it urgently so if you do wear make up, definitely don't wear too much.
