I have a dsc 1550 for my house and it has no issues.

Adjust you're entry delay to eight seconds and add a second siren.

@Kelsizoe How do i adjust the delay and i dont need/want another siren. I moved the siren up in the attic were its louder, and i can hear it on the house now.

Im renting a property with the same type of alarm,it went off at 4am this morning (it wasnt armed),the Trouble light is on it was a Zone 4 (Unsuccessful attempt to communicate with monitoring station),and the Memory light is now on.All ive been given is the Master Code i would like to either clear the Memory,or Turn the whole thing off,can this be done? any info would be much appreciated thanks.

@MrMeanMaoriMean Well if u don't want two use just open the control panel take the battery out and unplug the power supply if unwanted 2 use it then u should see if threes a shortagde some were but I think it might just be old if it went off and wen it went off did u have 2 turn it off or did it stop?

I had to turn it off,it was going off every 2 hours,so i disconnected the Siren and the keypad from the circiut board,problem solved.thanks for the help anyway.

@lataries thers nothin wrong with the siren but and my keypad is workin all the way so thers nothing wrong with it other than i need a new battery and some more wires

have you got the siren fix yet? i have the same problem, but my keypad is dead, and only zone 4 light is on
