The creationist down the hall: Does it matter when teachers teach creationism? (BioScience | May 2009)

U of M College of Biological Sciences professors Randy Moore and Sehoya Cotner talk about the findings of a study that measured the influence of high school biology teachers on students' views of evolution and creationism.
The phrase 'Bubble of Ignorance' describes the situation perfectly. It shows once again how religion is in fact the obstacle to progress & to knowledge throughout history. I wish these two dedicated professors well: in England, almost no one embarking on any science course at university accepts creationism.
