@UKTVFoodChannel can u bake the dough?

I don't understand samosas or knishes: I think they are a celebration in bland. Now these have ginger and anise in them which helps: but potatoes and cauliflower - I mean what's the point. How about Jerusalem Artichokes and kohlrabi and library paste?

@HattieLovesCattie. roygbiv is insisting that the left handed chef eat with his right hand without giving the reason. In Indian culture, individuals don't eat with the left hand because the left hand is used to wash the butt after using latrines. In 'Slumdog Millionaire;' Jamal was in the latrine with his pan of water there, & Prakash walked with his pan of water when he paid Saleem to use the latrine. According to this clip, it is not film in India so when in England do as the English do. LOL

My guess is Lake Palace Hotel, Lake Pichola, Udaipur, Rajsathan, India... in May or june. Right???

you're right Hattie. But...when in Rome, do as the Romans do.
artemiohernandez07, here are the ingredients and instructions for Samosa dough:
Ingredients
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
water, as necessary
Rub the veg oil into the flour. Stir in salt and baking powder & rub until the batter has a crumbly texture. Gradually add water & knead into a stiff dough. Divide dough into 4 portions. Flatten each one & then roll out into thin, round disks. Cut each disk in half and cover with a damp towel.
