    These congressman are so incredibly stupid and arrogant.

    Can they not understand.. that if you offer people cheap flood insurance, they will be more likely to build houses in dangerous areas, as there is less risk!?

    The money used to pay those people their insurance for building their house somewhere stupid, is taken from most likely products and services that we all could enjoy.

    These programs are entirely determintal and wasteful.

    These congressmen are just disgraceful.

    yes, i agree with you, but all social programs are socialism, so there will always be a small amount of socialism wherever there is money. that doesn't mean that those recieving benifits should be alowed to spend that money anyway they want, my idea protects the taxpayer by limiting what a beneficery of welfare can buy. the idea is great I dont understand any problem with it
