@circutracer150 nope. I have an app called "system panel", paid, that does its job beautifully. The radio problems have happened to so many other Moment users that they even came up with a name for it: "Unwanted Airplane Mode". Look it up. Also, ~256MB RAM on the phone should be more than enough to sustain radio functions, a task manager, and the stock launcher...

You sure that you're talking about the same phone? SPH-M900?

@flyboy21141 I never had a single one of the problems you are talking about. Phone never froze, shut down, or was unable to use WiFi or 3G.

What was more likely happening, is that you were trying to run FAR too much shit at once, had multiple apps running in the background, and picked up a malware somewhere along the way.

@circutracer150 I agree with JSPben... this phone was horrible. Perhaps you didn't notice that the radio crashed once or more per day, preventing you from using wifi, 3g, or phone functions until reboot? Or maybe the OS would just crash and reboot on its own before you did? Growing reboot times [seems to grow based on how many apps you install], eventually breaking the five minute marker... Etc....

Had mine replaced twice. Upgrade to EVO Shift = heaven.

I have had the moment for 4 months now, got it USED and FREE from a family member, and it is absolutely perfect. Have not had a single problem, decent battery life, fast and responsive... and fantastic on WiFi.

Add 91Pandahome to it to customize, Android 2.1, and you have an even more fantastic device.

I do agree that their customer service sucks though.

This is THE worst phone I have ever owned in the 15ish yearsw/ mobile devices; as well as the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the 10+ years I have been w/ Sprint. Strike three here we come!

@lawmbro Now, its the momtent. When they were both released, the hero was the best phone on the market (arguably). But with a 650mhz proccessor and a yr later without anymore upgrades, its a dead phone. Kinda like the iPhone 3G with ios4 only worse. The moment has an 800 mhz pro. and thats like only a step below snap dragon. Basically the moment is still a great device and the hero is dead.

i have this phone. the touch screen is reeeeeeaaaallly slow acually it doesnt respond at all. its new it hasnt been dropped or nothin. thats why im selling it but yea can i fix this problem cause every thing is fine exept for the touch screan
