Shangrila - we did buy that amber perfume at the end, hence the "cash register" sound at the end of the video, which is probably more obvious on the DVD when we declare in the next scene that we just bought the perfume, ha! You're right - one doesn't *need* to haggle, but the vendors expect it, culturally speaking, and in fact, if one doesn't haggle a little, they're more likely to just think someone is just rich and arrogant.
