  • @EvilxMerlin Passive sensors are good, but cannot give the accurate position of a target for the AIM-120 to fire at maximum range. They can be effective only if the missile can lock on it's target of it's own before launch. The stealth capabilities are good, but are significantly reduced when the aircraft has to fire a weapon, manouver or use it's radar. Stealth is less effective against ground radars. Also the infrared emmisions though greatly reduced, cannot be elliminated.

Because both countries sell the same avionics packages to other counties. The AIM-7 has been and always was a piece of shit. You do know that the F-22 has more passive sensors for weapons systems than any other aircraft in the air right? You do know that those passive sensors are slaved to the AIM-9 and AIM-120 weapon systems right?

  • @EvilxMerlin How can you know EXACTLY the capabilities of the avionics? The performance of real systems are affected by several factors so their actual performance is dificult to be predicted for every scenario. (Take as an example the F-4/AIM-7, theoreticaly deadly, in action trash. Things improved since then, but theoritical performance is always, well, theoritical). So stealth is not much of a stealth when you have a radar searching for targets, or even worst locking on targets.

  • SU 35 SUPER MASZYNA.

  • dear santa...i want this!!! fuck awesome

  • @ntomata0002

Actually they are not difficult to verify at all. We know EXACTLY how many F-22s and SU-35's have been built. We know EXACTLY what the capabilities of both avionics packages are. Simple fact of the matter is the F-22 is stealth, the Su-35 isn't. That in itself is a HUGE advantage. How the FUCK can you shoot something down if you can't even see it? THe F-22 will see the Su-35 FAR sooner than the Su-35 will se the F-22. PS, the F-22 can drob bombs too. JDAMs and SDB's.

  • шо за музло?

  • @EvilxMerlin Though your claims are difficult to be verified, even if they are true, you should look at the bigger picture. The real question is "Where should I spend my money to have the most usefull fighting force". You can get 1 F-22 or 3 SU-35's. Even if you insist that one F-22 can shoot down a SU-35, on 1 vs 3 I guess the F-22 doesn't have much hope, and the next day you can use the SU-35 to drop some bombs (the real reason you have an air force at first place).

  • it is have in BF3

    :)

  • @EvilxMerlin heh=) btw Su-35 have this newest stuff, dude=)))
