@ihateu1979 i had to sign in just because of your stupidity. Your import " hot rods " are fuel injected , have dual overhead cams , turbo or super chargers , weigh 1,000 pounds less than a muscle car , and have a fucking computer for christ sakes and the ycant touch old schoo muscle , and if you want a STOCK ford that will run in the 11s i think you should research the fairlane thunderbolt,Shelby 427 cobra,or the 50 other under rated factory muscle cars that are all faster than a EVO

se robaron el nombre del auto argentino ika torino aparte eso no suena como 7 bancadas el renault torino suena a maquina no a chapa

seriously, i know there will always be a thing that muscle cars cant handle but really. muscle cars were built to dominate stop light races in the city and in the u.s. city streets dont have curves. so your 170 hp rsx might be able to take a non existant corner better but a muscle car will destroy in in the straits (which is what we, in the u.s. call a city street)

@crowbarmaster best handling car MADE IN THE US. Not in the US. the rsx in this vid (which wasn't turbo lmao) would still kill muscle on a track or in corners. I lovee american muscle in reality they are only good in a straight line at the strip :/

@ihateu1979 you dont need a new corvette, you can get a third generation camaro that is in GREAT shape for 5k, build a beastly motor for 10-12k, and build up the body with subframe connectors, a beast trans and rear end, and you have a 30k car that looks great, sounds great, goes fast, and also handles well, and thirdgens did handle very well, car and driver was able to get a .91g on the skidpad back in '84 and was named the best handling car in the US. No real need to upgrade that.

@crowbarmaster Same amount of cash? EVO's are $30K brand new and will beat a $55k Corvette. The only way you could get a muscle car to better the performance for the same money, would be to find a muscle car in the $5-10K range, and then you will still have to redo all the suspension because most likely it needs it from the age. All said and done with, the EVO will still run 12's but still be able to hug turns around a race track, even run rally.
LMAO! stupid ricer!
