Touring R+D659 in Chicago's West Loop (Part 2)

In early March 2009, Joe Askins of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com visited the nearly finished R+D659, Mesirow Financial Real Estate's 17-story condo high-rise located at 659 W Randolph St in Chicago's West Loop.

@properties agent George Schultz says he thinks of R+D659's location not as the West Loop, but more of "The New Loop" or "The New West Loop," due to some differences in the accessibility to important neighborhood amenities like restaurants and public transportation. In this video, he explains these differences, and then takes Joe down to the building's fourth floor, site of building amenities like a fitness center, lounge, dog run and outdoor pool.
